Hello Again,
My name is John and I wrote you previously about employment with you as a extern. I am currently a student at Le Cordon Bleu where I am studying Baking and Patisserie. I saw your episode of Fabulous Cakes and was very impressed with your professionalism, your work and how you worked together. I have wanted to be a part of an establishment like yours since I got into this program. I hope I’m not bothering you by requesting to be an extern with you but I have always wanted to be a part of and learn from the best and that is what I feel you are.
