Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we are a busy bakery and we have selected time slots most days when the Cake Designer will be available to meet with perspective clients.
Can I place my order over the phone or e-mail?
Yes, we cater to a lot of out-of town clients and we’ll be glad to assist you over the phone or e-mail.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, we offer complimentary tasting of up to 3 different flavors of what we have baked fresh during the week at the appointment.
How long does the consultation last?
The consultation lasts about an 1hr, depending on the complexity of the design.
What should I bring to the consultation?
You are welcome to bring pictures of cake ideas, color swatches, invitations, or anything that willl match your decor or theme and helps the Cake Designer design your cake.
Are your cakes made from scratch?
Yes, all of our cakes, fillings and icings are made from scratch and fresh to order, with only the highest quality ingredients.
How much do cakes cost?
Our pricing is based on the size and difficulty of the design. Please call or e-mail for pricing information.
Do you offer 1st Year Baby Smash Cakes?
Yes, when you place an order, you will receive a complimentary small cake with a candle for the baby.
Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes, our minimum is $150.00
How far in advance should I order my cake?
Weddings – As soon as you have picked your venue and your color scheme.
Other events – As soon as you know your theme.
In either case we need a minimun of 2 weeks . Cakes booked less than 2 weeks run the risk of the date being closed or possibly incurring a rush fee.
Do you deliver cakes?
Yes, we deliver all over the Valley. Please call for pricing.
Do you have stands available for rent?
Yes, we have cake, cupcake, and minicake stands and towers available for rent with your order. A small fee and a refundable cash deposit are required.
Where are you located?
We are centrally located at the Wilshire Plaza shopping center, 15 minutes from the Strip. Call for directions.
Do you offer gluten-free cakes?
We offer a flourless chocolate cake, however the bakery is a high gluten environment. People with severe allergies are encouraged to call and speak with the chef.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Cash. Checks are accepted up to two weeks prior to event.
